After all the repairs were made, Ashley came back out to the house with me to make sure everything was good and even went out on the roof to make certain those repairs were made. The week before my closing date she sent me the contact info for all the utility companies in my new city. It was the little things like that l, that was a big deal to me. She is so sweet, cheerful, thoughtful, and always easy to get in contact with. So give her a call, text, or email if you are looking to buy a house.
We called Ashley in August when we were interested in selling our home and buying a new one. She explained the difference in detail between accepting a cash offer or trying to sell it traditionally, and why it was in our best interest to do the former (even though her realtor's fee was considerably less). She was a great help in explaining all the paperwork involved in selling and buying. Ashley is very hard-working, responsive, and really looked out for our best interests, going above and beyond to make sure everything proceeded smoothly even responding quickly while she was on vacation. She arranged for the closings to be in our home, and to be within half an hour of each other. She has followed up after we've settled into the new house, and we sincerely regard her as a new friend!
